We are delighted to announce the appointments of Jason Evans and Charlotte Forbes to the sales team, Jason as technical sales manager and Charlotte as trainee technical sales manager.
Jason has joined us from the Cargill pig team, where he worked as a technical sales manager. He completed formal qualifications in pig production and management at Bishop Burton Agricultural College in East Yorkshire before moving into a management role on a pig unit in Oxfordshire. He later moved into the supply sector, with roles in pig genetics and feed additives. Jason brings with him over 30 years of experience in the pig industry and an in depth knowledge of pig nutrition and its impact on production.
Charlotte has already been with Rattlerow for over 4 years, having previously managed one of our multiplication and gilt mating units in Cambridgeshire. Prior to this Charlotte spent over 3 years working on an indoor farrow to finish unit in Wiltshire. Charlotte will be using her detailed knowledge of production, along with her Bachelor’s Degree in Bioveterinary Sciences from the University of Liverpool, to support the existing team with information and data analysis. Her academic and production-based experience will also enable Charlotte to take a more practical approach on customers’ farms.
Both Jason and Charlotte will be working across the UK so they can focus on their particular strengths with customers in any region.
